I'd give 10 stars if i could. He even fixed my door handle on his way out from fixing my dryer. Diagnosed the problem, left to get the new part, fixed my dryer and door handle within 30 minutes. Very polite and professional. We'll definitely use them again

Good honest people actually left my wallet on merchandise and walked out to talk to my spouse the owners wife was honest enough to tell me about it when I walked back inside. Nothing was touched in a wallet left wide open with at least 2,500 cash birth certificate social and credit cards. Even bought a really good priced refrigerator. Great place amazing people overall

Best appliance store in Lubbock! Extremely helpful and friendly people. They even have great used appliances that I have purchased and work great! And on other house appliances I have that I've needed to repair they can fix it or they've had the parts for me to fix. I would highly recommend this place and I do to all my friends and family.
